Integrity and Innovation Awards
Select 3 people in each state of India monthly from private social innovators, government officials , companies etc who show the highest levels of integrity and creativity !
3 selected for each Indian state. It will roll out to all 195 nation states learning from 2026. India is our MVP.
3 is for now starting 1.7.2025, it will increase to 30. Then, 300. Then even 3000+ as our goal is EVERY person must become a winner and a true authentic human soon.

SELECTION CRITERIA
1. Most Innovative in Social Problem solving and social innovation : Nominated by ISB and IIT Madras
2. Most honest and persons of highest integrity and smart hard work.
3. Highest number of recommendations and votes in a manner whereby the votes from the poorest and most downtrodden and neglected will count the most. Eg: poorest in Manipur will have a higher weightage than poorest in Bangalore. And the middle class in Bangalore will have a higher weightage than a software engineer earning 12 lakh pa in Gurgaon. Ambani and Adani’s votes and ideas will count the least!
4. Whistleblowing as much corruption as possible and mal practices by securely sending an email via tor browser + signing up for a free mail at protonmail.com and sending evidence to saikiranx@protonmail.com about any corruption.
