Project KISAN
Key Learnings for Future Policies learned from YSR
Raja1. Sustainable Water Management: Long-term solutions for irrigation and water conservation are critical.
2. Balanced Approach: While subsidies and waivers provide immediate relief, long-term solutions like infrastructure development and market access are equally important.
3. Farmer-Centric Policies: Direct engagement with farmers ensures that policies address their real needs.
4. Diversification and Value Addition: Encouraging high-value crops and agro-processing can significantly boost incomes.
YSR’s legacy in farmer welfare remains influential, and his policies continue to serve as a reference for addressing agrarian challenges globally.

Initial 300-Day Plan Commencing 1.03.2025
1. Agrarian Transformation
Implement the Farmers of X Model and promote Save Soil certified farms.
2. Financial Inclusion
Establish Etihad Capital based on a zero-interest model and principles of equity, partnership, and co-creation. Also partner with other banks and NBFCs to deploy our model.
3. Alternative Economy
Develop Barter.io and integrate it with a silver/gold exchange and bullion trading to foster an off-grid economy.
4. Raithanna/kisan/Farmer
gives Annam – sustenance via food he produces to everyone from a CEO to PM. Government’s duty is to free him from taxes, provide a great welfare net through bad weather and seasons and create structures and systems such as cold storages, open-source processing facilities, eradicating the maximum number of intermediaries possible -> a great price for his hard work.
5. What is a great price?
Whatever he demands. You do not go to a Apple store and negotiate the price of a iphone ? DO YOU? You pay whatever the value the firm thinks is the right price. Furthermore, FarmersofX are not greedy. If they were greedy they would have relocated to cities long long ago and we would all die of starvation!
6. Why do this?
These are the most disadvantaged, helpless and cornered people in India.
Yet, it is their produce what we eat happily and waste in our parties and outings.
The Principles Behind Farm To Table

Key Points of our Project
- Monthly Honorarium: Rs. 17000 Purchasing Power Parity according to The Big mac index of the Economist Intelligence Unit globally for every partner farmer with 4+ years of farming experience, verified using AI and facial recognition technology (Face2intent + Google TensorFlow to test their experience, insights and deep domain knowledge). If the partner farmer does not have land of atleast 2 acre, the government will lease it for him and deduct the lease fees from his monthly honorarium.
- Sustainable Farming: Farmers must prioritize soil health under SaveSoil and Isha Foundation Volunteer supervison and avoid harmful pesticides and fertilizers, using only NPK (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium). Restore soil health through practices like permaculture, crop rotation etc.
- Market Access and Value Addition: We will partner with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) to establish a value-based product creation model. This will ensure fair prices for farmers’ produce and create meaningful employment opportunities for their educated children in ethical, healthy food processing companies that use only natural preservatives such as salt, neem etc.
- We will work with partners to bring about a total transformation in the livelihoods, consciousness, systems of Farmers and Agri workers with technology, leverage, sustainable business and sustainable financing. We believe in local food networks to bring forth the highest nutrition to the consumer and maximise both producer and consumer surplus.
- We will work with Harmony Hubs globally to eradicate global hunger, to stop stunting of growth and allow overall human development.
- Companies, Private schools and “for profit” schools can subscribe to our satvic catering service. Whereas we provide the same at no cost to public and charitable schools. Our food is slow cooked at low heat by people who are spiritual. When a person close to God or a person of spirituality cooks food and you eat it, his gunas transfer to you and it heals your body, mind & spirit. Positive vibrations. Quantum mechanics. TLT Subah Saraf is our nutrionist. www.satvicmovement.org
- Join our movement and be a part of history so that together we can build a better India for all of us where highly nutritious healing natural food is a given to ALL and farmers get the dignity, respect and empowerment they truly deserve. It is a difficult task. There is nothing more satisfying to the human spirit than giving your ALL to a difficult task. That is the true source of our confidence!
